I am Linda Aaron (aka Skynnard) and it is here on Skynnard’s Lens where I share my photography with you. My photography journey began many years ago. My first camera was a Kodak Brownie Flash 20 which I received for a gift from my mother when I was about 6 years old. After I graduated from the Brownie, I shot with an old Pentax Spotmatic until I wore it out.
I made the move to Canon and the rest as they say is history, I have been shooting with Canon gear ever since. My current Canon body is the 5D Mark ll and lens of choice is either the 70-200 2.8 or my 100 mm macro. These by far are my two favorite lenses. Recently I added to my camera bag a 4/3 Olympus OM-D, a 14-150 mm zoom and a 17 mm fixed lens. I am looking forward to using this camera for travel and street photography.
In the late 90’s when my two girls were growing up, I was shooting a lot of equestrian photography. At one time our whole family owned and rode horses in various activities, the horses show photography was a natural combining two of my passions. At that time I was strictly shooting film. Some day I may get around to converting some of those negatives into digital.
